Non-staff Elder
Kevin Berg began serving as a Non-staff Elder at WOLBC since 2013. Non-staff Elders are men who meet the biblical Elder qualifications but do not serve in a vocational role at World of Life Baptist Church.
Among other things, Kevin serves as the Elder Liaison for the Finance and Kitchen teams, attends the Berean's ABF, and leads our Men's Bible Study on Wednesday mornings. He and his wife Maureen have been attending WOL since 2005, and became members in 2006.
One of Kevin’s favorite Bible verses is Ephesians 2:8-10 "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them." (ESV)
