Axis Student Ministries (6 th – 12 th grades) meet on Wednesday nights from 6:00 – 8:10 PM.
A typical night involves food, fellowship, musical worship, and biblical teaching. Middle and High Schoolers join together food, worship, and "circle time, but separate for teaching, small group discussions, and games.
Axis students are also invited to participate in several big events throughout the year, like bike and rafting adventures, mission trips, service opportunities, and both winter and summer retreats.
Axis is based on 1 Peter 2:9 which says that God has turned us from darkness into His light. As a generation, we give Him our praise.
We challenge students to let their one life make a difference.
Announcing a new and developing outreach of Word of Life Baptist Church to our community:
The Word of Life RC Course
Do you have a radio controled car and want to run it on a track or crawler course? We have a place for you to do that, including a stand to control your cars from, just off our lower parking lot, near the sheds and storage containers.
As with our Disc Golf Course, this is open to the public, but closed during Sunday morning services and funerals.
Have fun out there!
Contact Kevin Dore for more information.
Men, join us each Wednesday morning at 7:45 AM in the Fellowship Hall for coffee and doughnuts, and more importantly, a time of group study in God’s Word. We are focusing on drawing out the meaning of the Scriptures and applying them to our lives.
Current Study: 1 Peter
The Rock is a great place to start if you are new to Word of Life or looking to get involved in an ABF for the first time. Like the wise man who built his house on the rock, this fellowship helps set the foundation of our faith for building great things. Led by an energetic and dynamic team, we have open, biblically-based discussions to answer your questions and help one another grow in Christ.
The Rock meets Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM in room 100.
Studies: The Rock Class has been digging into the book of Hebrews.
