Annual One Desire Prayer & Fast

Each January, we encourage the entire Word of Life family to embark on a time of Prayer and Fasting. 

Each year has a theme that builds off the prayer, "“O Lord, give us ONE DESIRE: Make our hearts beat as one with yours..."

For 2026, the theme is "Expand Our Desire" and our key verse is Psalm 73:25 - "Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth I desire besides you.”"

This year’s prayer and fast will be begin with a 3 week season of preparation, culminating in a concentrated week of corporate prayer, fasting and worship.

We do plan to have opportunities for people to gather in small groups, called Gathering Points. Stay tuned for more information.
